I was referred by my mechanic to Milani's when someone backed in to my parked car. They worked with insurance and helped get the rental arranged. They took care to make sure everything was done right. Recommended!

I’ve never had such a great experience with a business, that I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a review. Having said that, my experience with Milani’s Autocraft was nothing but phenomenal. His team treated me like family, they took time to explain everything and answer any question I had. We need more businesses like this!

Milani's Autocraft recently repaired my car after it got hit. Not only did they provide wonderful repairs but their service was outstanding. Shout-out to Steve who patiently walked me through every step of the repair process and provided timely updates. They are highly experienced and truly care about their customers and the service they provide. I can't recommend them enough- they are the experts in their craft!

I've been going to Milani's for my auto body repair needs for 15+ years. They always do good work and are very reasonable in price. Recently, I had a shopping mall accident and the other party wanted to use insurance. My insurance carrier wanted me to use a different company but I wouldn't have it! They said their people would repair my car to factory condition. Nope, I went back to Milani's whom I've trusted for years. Wow, they really outdid themselves this time! Not only did they do a great repair and paint job but my interior was fully detailed. I feel like my car is brand new again! Thanks Joe and Steve for the great work and excellent customer service!

What would you do if an employee of your business hit a pedestrian or bicyclist, and the police paid you a visit? IF you are Joe Milani, the owner of Milani Autocraft, you would hide behind closed doors and pretend your business was closed. You would not take ownership of the illegal act your employee had committed. How do you think Joe Milani would handle a botched repair? One can only assume he would hide. Milani Autocraft is a bad business for Novato residents. Shame on you, Joe Milani!

Phenomenal service and problem solving! Cold call with no notice and no time to spare and Milani's was able to source parts and fix my roof rack on an older model Suburban. Above and beyond and I'm a customer for life.

My classic car was the victim of a hit and run, so when I was looking for a shop to do the work Milani's Autocraft was recommended to me from a friend who had used them. I found the people and work to be excellent! The car has been owned by me for 45 years, and they put the care and expertise into the car that brought it back to show condition. I would bring any work I need in the future to Milani's Autocraft.
