Kevin and the team are all great to work with. Overall great customer service, quality work for good pricing and as a bonus the company has loaner cars at no cost. Highly recommend to all my friends and family! I won't take my car anywhere else from here on out!

Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off, cannot be trusted. Damaged my $1500 headlight and blamed me, big hole on top...I have pictures of before and after, still do not take resposibility for damages caused by them.

(If I could leave -6500 stars, I would.) DO NOT under any circumstances take your car here.
In November 2019, I had AAA tow my Prius to this shop after a popped tire and damaged bumper. On Monday, I asked them for an estimate. I told them I couldn’t pick it up until Wednesday because of work but would be there then. I even showed up Tuesday—only to find out they had already SOLD my car to Cream’s in Santa Rosa.
They sold my vehicle without the title. I still have the title in my possession to this day. I never gave permission for them to sell it. The car was not totaled—it only needed a tire and the bumper put back on. At the time, the car was worth about $6,500. Instead, they took advantage of me as a 20-year-old, declared it totaled, and got rid of it illegally.
This was theft, plain and simple. I’ve since heard other horror stories about this shop from people around Novato.
Save yourself the nightmare—do not bring your vehicle here unless you want to risk having it stolen or tampered with.

Highly recommend Nave Motors. Kevin and team provide amazing service for me on all my vehicles when I need exterior and body work stuff done. Kevin stands by his work if something needs another look too. And communication with Kevin is always timely.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Nave Motors.
Kevin, the body shop manager, was amazing. I had high expectations and they were exceeded. My car actually came back to me from them BETTER than before the accident.

The staff there was very respectful and professional. Their communication and understanding of my personal life was very much appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone in town and I for one will definitely be using Nave motors has my mechanic from here on out thank you to my friend who recommended them to me! I had a great experience with Nave Motors Towing from the moment I called for a flat bed tow . The wonderful conversation I had with the driver ( Joe ?) about hunting , his trip to Callousa , and his passion for hunting and of course his love for his best friend .. His chocolate lab , to the finalization of the paper work. He was on time and fast ( like a nascar pit crew member ) and efficient .
Most of all , he was kind and compassionate .
Very respectful and had the kind of manners that just don't exist much in our society today,
" Yes Ma'am , No ma'am " .
You my friend , are a great guy .

Don't go to Nave motors unless you want your money and time wasted. Seemed like a decent place at first. A little on the pricey side. The service writer Jim is just not up to par. After being told he would get back to me regarding a replacement motor, a week went by and I called again and he said he hadn't gotten around to it yet but he would return my call at the end of the day for sure. I said okay maybe they are busy. Never received a call back that day and another week and a half went by and I called again and he said he completely forgot. I understand people get busy, but at this point I just felt disrespected. They charged me almost $500 for a simple smog/ compression test and told me I needed a new engine or else my truck would not pass smog. Just go somewhere else. Not a good experience at all. A huge waste of time and money.
(Update 7/19/24)
I brought my truck to a different shop, and it turns out the motor was fine. It did not need to be replaced at all. It just needed a new carburetor. Wow, I was lied to by these people at Nave motors and almost taken for a ride. Truck runs great and passed smog with flying colors.

This establishment took advantage of me as a high school student and charged 400 dollars for a job that took 30 minutes and used a 40 dollar part. I asked for an inspection on my truck and none was conducted, but I was still charged. Never going back to these scammers

Long overdue review. Kevin at Nave Motors was a lifesaver when I was in a car accident a couple years ago, was told my truck was totaled and there was nothing I could do about it, Kevin put every mechanic I’ve worked with to shame shortly after I explained my situation to him..
I actually found Nave through looking for a tow truck to take my truck to a shop so I could take off my brand new tires since it was going to be considered totaled anyways. When Nave pulled up to tow my truck, the very friendly driver mentioned it was worth a shot to give Kevin at Nave Motors a call to see if he could find me a new frame since the rest of the truck was not badly damaged.
Kevin found a used frame for my F150 within a week and completely rebuilt my truck with spacers, a leveling kit, and re did paint - all within about 45 days. The truck looked and drove significantly better than it did before the rebuild, and Kevin was extremely communicative throughout the process, confirming specifics with me and texting me update photos along the way as well.
Thank you Kevin & Nave Motors for the work done on my F150. I’d confidently refer anyone with mechanical issues to have a conversation to talk through honest, cost effective options.
