“Take the negative reviews here with a grain of salt; this company just went through what I imagine was a pretty difficult time. This company is generally a business to business retailer, but they do offer their products to the general public through their website. Recently they had a deeply discounted desk that found its way to an internet deals site and got a lot of attention. Workrite quickly ran out of product, but their website did nothing to halt the sales. They have since tried to do the best they could to remedy the situation by fulfilling these orders with comparable replacement products as you would expect a decent business to do.My experience with them was mixed, the back and forth in negotiating the replacement was tedious and frustrating as were the facts that their follow up communications could be spotty, their fulfillment was slow, and that they allowed themselves to get into this mess of such severe lack of inventory to begin with. But at the end of the day I feel like I got a very good quality piece of office furniture for a very good price and that Workrite did the right thing and tried to honor the commitment they made when I purchased from them. I don't think I will have the opportunity, because their regular B2B prices are too rich for my blood, but I would not hesitate to do business with this company again if the opportunity presented itself. (real ranking is 4 star, but ranking 5 star here to make up for the under informed negative reviews)”
