This Old Navy has become my go to store. Unfortunately, it's as a result of my fluctuating weight. In the plus side, I get new clothes a lot. You can't beat the prices and if you're a member it's even better.

Chris and his staff took great care of us tonight. We came in just before closing with a complicated return and they were kind and gracious helping us and noticed the same for the customers around us. The store was in good shape and the staff was in no rush to hurry us out. Thank you so much for the kind service.

Out of stock for most of the small sizes. I visited all the stores in Petaluma, Santa Rosa and also Novato and they didn't had womens coats Small or Medium size. Very disappointed that I couldn't get the coat that I wanted
