I made a normal service appointment a week prior for a trip and the receptionist failed to let me know they only do drop offs from 7am-8am so I could not take my car there after showing up. I even asked what time to bring my car in and she said anytime within work hours(7-5:30). This was poor communication that was easily avoidable and would not recommend giving this place business.

I’ve been taking my car to One Stop Autoshop for over 5 years now and I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’ve consistently taken great care of my car and I always leave feeling confident and well-informed. What really sets this shop apart is their honesty, something that’s hard to find these days.
The entire team is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful but I have to give a special shout out to Mike. He’s the absolute best. Mike goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. He’s honest, knowledgeable, and you can tell he really cares.
Highly recommend this place.

This auto shop is 5 star. Been through lots of shops throughout the many years of driving. This place is very very different. Great quality service great prices but above this they re just friendly and HONEST !!!

We were driving from out of town; the check engine light came on and we immediately drove to this place, they were able to diagnose and fix the issue with the car almost immediately and it didn’t cost an arm n leg, very reasonable price for the repair even though we were from out of town and in a bad situation Mike took care of us and I would highly recommend

Absolute superb customer service. I’m from out of town and needed an O2 sensor repair. Mike was able to Get it addressed the same day and was half the cost of a neighboring auto repair shop

Went in because my steering wheel was shaking. They checked it out, test drives everything was fine. While I was there I got my windshield wipers replaced, oil change, front light fixed. I have a Volvo. They were very friendly. I would recommend you calling to check on it. The entire cost was $200.

Crew is transparent in the scope of work they recommend/suggest. Honest, never felt they were trying to force repairs on me but would make suggestions. Loved them so much I've started taking my wife's & my mom's car there.
