Hands down the best experience I've had getting a car repair. I requested a diagnostic test, not knowing what was wrong with the car, and when the results came back, they let me know that nothing was urgent, but some things could use our attention soon - instead of taking advantage of the situation and telling me I needed an unnecessary and expensive fix right away. After learning what was going on, they fixed it at a very reasonable price, topped off my fluids as a nice bonus, and I actually left the shop paying less than the original estimate!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This shop used to work on and repair all of my gasoline cars before we switched to electric-only vehicles. If I ever again add another gas or diesel vehicle to my driving choices, this shop will get my business. They're knowledgeable, especially with hybrid gas-electric technology. Stan, the owner, is super nice and just plain easy to deal with, especially when he provides specific feedback outlining what it would take to properly correct major and minor problems.

I have taken my cars to One Stop for many years. I have found them to be completely fair and honest. Their prices are lower than most and their communication is very good. The one time that I was not satisfied with the work they did, I spoke to Stan, the owner. I did not ask for a refund. I simply expressed my disappointment with the fact that they replaced lots of parts, but did not fix the problem. Stan immediately pulled out his checkbook and gave me a full refund. I was dumbfounded. It made me absolutely trust in this business and in Stan. Who does this sort of thing? if you want a mechanic shop that is absolutely honest, knows what they are doing, that you can completely trust that they'll will never sell you something you don't need, then come to One Stop. A trustworthy and mechanic shop is a great thing.

One Stop was recommended to me by my neighbor and I am so happy I went to them! I am a senior citizen and need a really good, honest mechanic that helps me understand what I have to get fixed now and what can maybe wait a bit longer. Without me even asking, Mike told me exactly those things! So honest and helpful! They were all so kind and professional and I highly recommend them! I am so happy I found One Stop!!!
