1537 South Novato Boulevard, Novato CA 94947
“It's a post office. Go to any post office and you have a very similar experience. Generally the people are friendly, though not always. They do seem a little entrenched - most have been there a while. But I find them generally - not always - pretty helpful. And sometimes you can actually walk in there and not wait in line, which is more a function of a suburban post office than this particular one. I think you always have to be ready for anything when you use the USPS. Take a breath people. Be grateful it still exists.”

2 Civic Center Drive, San Rafael CA 94903
“I went in to this post office today needing help sending a package to a loved one overseas. Demetria did a wonderful job explaing the proccess of how long it would take to get there as well as how to track it. She made the experience really easy for me and I hope to have her help me again. More people with her work ethic and level of care should be hired. Overall a wonderful experience and stellar customer service. Thanks again Demetria.”

773 Center Boulevard, Fairfax CA 94930
“Postmaster Judy Bartlett went out of her way to correct an error made by San Anselmo post office, and Nicoletta is always very helpful whenever I go into the Fairfax office. Huge improvement to prior experiences with some previous employees, and antithesis of the San Anselmo office, which is terribly hostile and continually incompetent.”
