This is a nice Shell gas station. It is located in a high traffic area off South Novato Blvd and Rowland Blvd. I don't usually get gas here because of the higher prices. I stop by The Loop when I need to grab something. It has been remodeled and they do a great job keeping it clean. They have a big selection of drinks and snacks. I like how visible everything is in the fridge section. The staff is always nice and helpful.

It took three young men, grunting and groaning, 20 mins later, could not figure out how to give me a $13.00 refund because their car washed charged me twice. All three employees barely able to speak the minimum English. Finally, they call the bookkeeper in on her day off to solve this issue. She comes in tells me to come back on Monday at 12:00 pm. I let her know I will not becoming back; just disgusting, ignorant service. Adios! They keep the $13.00!

I went into Shell on S. Novato Blvd to fill up my tank, 3:30 pm on on Monday, I asked for $50 on the pump and handed them a new-style (with the blue streak in it) $100 bill. The clerk rejected my money and said he didn't have any change. Didn't even test the bill (which was sort of worn, not crispy new--it'd been in circulation a bit already).Yeah--no. I don't believe them. They'd been taking in cash for sales all day. They had change. And even if they hadn't, they're a 24-hour store. Yeah, they had change. I have NO idea why they rejected a $50 fuel sale. I left. No sale from me (and I won't bother trying to purchase gas there again in the future now). I drove down the highway to Safeway instead.

Worst gas station in the area. Malfunctioning pumps, not working drive through car wash.

Rip off artists. False advertising and price gouging! They advertise a lower price of gas when pay with cash and when you go to pump you get a different price! If you complain to the attendants you are rebuffed like it is your problem because they say that you have to buy a car wash to get that price even though the sign does not say so.

Don't think I've reviewed a lot of gas stations before... but this place saved my butt. It is race weekend and the traffic is crazy. I was planning on going to Petaluma to get my propane for my RV. Traffic was so bad it would take me 45 minutes to get to Petaluma. I stopped at this place and not only did I get gasoline I got propane, I got frozen yogurt and I got some friendly service from some nice ladies. this is my first time ever seeing a salad bar inside of a gas station. Lol. Oh Marin county! I make it another this place to stop here again in the future

nice remodel of the loop, yea...looking forward to c store food items besides hot dogs and nachos. but yea you guys forgot to upgrade your vacuum and air. the vacuum was old and out of order. the air old as well and took my $1.75 with air spraying out constantly without a digital gauge or the manual gauge which was stuck. wasted my time and pissed me off. went to the safeway on nave. digital gauge, set at 34psi, done. two dedicated parking spaces for air and water too.

I watched clerks in the store, be totally rude, standing there with the customer asking questions and pretending she speaks no English, so I asked, do you speak English, she then said of course, could not understand why someone else had to answer, after he asked the question 3 times. It hard to explain her body language, which I had recorded it. Never understood why people recorded stuff, now I do.

How can a gas station charging $1.30 more per gallon than the station another hundred yards up the street even stay in business? This place is the most expensive gas in Marin county and that includes the ridiculous exploit the tourist places like point Reyes.
