We feel incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Branco and the entire team at Tamalpais Pediatrics to care for our two kids. They educate us about best practices for feeding, sleeping, general well-being, and sickness, which start at the hospital when they are born and continue throughout their childhood.
They have two wonderful lactation consultants, Cherie and Brenda, who provide in-office care to parents needing extra guidance along their breastfeeding/pumping journey.
The level of care that they provide is next level. You can tell that everyone at their office truly cares about the health and well-being of your children above anything else. When our kids are sick over the weekend or after hours, they always have someone on call to guide us on what to do. If you want the best care for your children, we highly recommend Tamalpais Pediatrics!!

We have had a great experience here. We can almost always get a same day appointment for sick kids and have had a great experience with Dr. Palmquist.

Most unprofessional office and staff imaginable, they genuinely traumatized me and caused me to switch offices. I cannot say enough awful things about Tamalpias Pediatrics. Do NOT go here under any circumstances.

If you are looking for a professional and tailored practice to your child's needs, I would suggest looking elsewhere. My children were both patients at this practice for several years and I found our care provider (Dr. La Barbara) was always very rushed in her appointments and offered a one step approach to all issues without having an open mind, nor having knowledge of proper diet/nutrient to maximize our children's natural health. For example when one of our children was suffering from digestion/constipation, the only resource she knew of was Miralax vs. offering natural alternatives such as prunes, magnesium, etc. which we had to discover on our own. Our greatest disappointment in Dr. La Barbara and the practice was how they poorly handled/reacted to us exploring seeing a different provider. Once I had told her about it, she followed up with a dismissal letter very quickly for us seeing a new provider, which I was honest about. Furthermore she was so upset with us that she went as far as to call the other practice that we had seen to give her two cents about it. It was very unprofessional and care providers are suppose to put their patients first, as oppose to their bruised egos. There is a conduct of sending dismal letters and this does not fall under that conduct. A Dr. is suppose to talk to the patient and try to resolve any conflicts. I would strongly caution anyone seeing this particular Doctor at this practice if you must go here, due to insurance reasons.

We absolutly love these doctors and staff! They take really good care of my kiddos. We have always had great communication and care. The Patient Portal is awesome!

Very friendly office staff, helpful doctors and nurses. I’ve never had any issues getting my million questions answered as a new mom!

Very rude management. They hang up the phone on me b.c. I was asking questions. They came up with rules without explanation. Sorry this is the only major practice in that area and their patient management is very very rude.

Dr Lee is fantastic as well as the other Doctors and staff. Nothing but good things to say about Mt Tam Pediatrics. We have lots of friends who go there that feel the same way. :)

We've been going for a year now seeing Dr. Erin Heath who is wonderful. My very shy 2 and 5-yr old both felt at ease with her since the first visit. So patient, thorough, and calmly goes through all the questions with the kids. Both receptionists/schedulers at front desk are friendly and accommodating, even when there was a confusion on one appt time, they squeezed us in. The poor reviews mostly seem to do with billing issues.

I don't write reviews very often but given the consistency of the greatest medical care along with Customer service for not just once , twice or three times but years has compelled me to do so. This review is about the culture and tradition of great care by tamalpais pediatric which comes from the top down approach and individual care in its truest sense. Of course we care so much about our kids medical care as well as how we are being treated. Being in the profession as well as having gone to many many doctor's offices, I know the difference between Medicare care, average and outstanding. This medical practice is outstanding and a jewel. Dr Branco is truly exceptional along with his outstanding nurses and support team of receptionists and team members. You will be truly impressed and amazed. This practice should be a model for what great medical care and support team should look like.which medical office gets back to you minutes after you call them and keeps getting back to go five times in the same day to make sure you are cared for? I wish that I could be seen by this practice myself. Sadly they are pediatricians. Thank you to you all.
