Always clean, always consistent. While you can't always find staff, you rarely need to. I love to use the app and pick up in store.

No one to pay! Today 2 aisles have lights on signaling they are open but when you walk there, they have a closed sign. Self checkout is 10 or less items and 11 people in line. Hate self checkout!!!

WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS FROM TARGET. I received a gift card purchased from this Target at Rowland as a birthday gift. It was purchased in store by a relative who gave it to me that day. The gift card looked fine, the access code was still covered, it was in the original sleeve and everything. I received it on 6/17 and when I went to use it a few weeks later, it kept telling me there's a $0 balance on the card. I called the phone# on the back of the gift card and it gave me the option of hearing the last 5 transactions so I figured I'd make sure it had been loaded correctly. I hear the load date of 6/17 for $200 but then I hear there was a $200 transaction exactly 7 days later at some target in another state. I used the prompts to get to someone live and a case was opened by the Target "research team". I was also told that I would receive an email asking me to upload pictures of the front and back of the gift card and that I would need to ask the purchaser for a picture of the original receipt as well. I had every bit of info about this transaction down to roughly the time it was purchased that morning of 6/17 but Target wouldn't accept any of that so I was absolutely mortified but had to go and ask for copies of the receipt due to Target's internal security issues and problems with their gift cards being so easily compromised. I upload everything they asked me for and then was told that I need to go back and ask the purchaser to hand-write the case # on the original purchase receipt and send me a pic back again to send to the target research team. Basically, if someone had paid with cash, didn't keep the original receipt and paid with credit card, they would not accept this case and they refuse to actually do any research like checking registers and cameras on the day of purchase. You will be SOL without the original receipt and Target will not refund your gift card accordingly. This is a HUGE flaw and security breach and quite frankly unfair to gift givers and gift receivers. I've had to spend so much time to fix something that they should be able to easily review on their own in store cameras and match to their registers themselves. What's lovely is how I had to basically ask the gift giver to provide me evidence that she purchased this generous $200 gift card. This is crazy and I'm warning everyone not to buy target gift cards. They are compromised and you and your gift receivers are at risk of having your entire gift card amount wiped out with zero help on getting it retrieved unless you have every piece of documentation and the original target receipt for it. A credit card statement won't suffice and if purchased with cash, you can kiss your gift card goodbye. I'd rather just give people cash to spend wherever they want bc this is crazy. I received an email

The pharmacist at this CVS is truly the worst my wife and I have ever encountered. She is curt and mean and has actually yelled at us.Such a disappointment considering the wonderful pharmacists they have had in that store previously.

This is absolutely the worst Target when it comes to employees. Consistently rude. Consistently LAZY. Most are unknowledgeable about the store they work in. They HATE the customers who make it possible for them to get a paycheck by spending money there and it shows in their faces, their behavior towards customers and their inability to interact with you. They cannot EVER be bothered to bag your items even when there's a pile and a huge line of people. You're on your own at this dump.

Somewhere in Minneapolis there are execs sitting around a boardroom table wondering why Target will be closing stores. Your service sucks. When you can't even manage to answer the phone... GAME OVER. I guess since you obviously don't give a S about my business I'll just order on Amazon...

just by the off chance the now small fragment of hostile customer service is coming from a place of antisemitism. I think now with it so rampant in popular culture by rap artists and comedians - a sensitivity course and short film training video educating store employees about the Holocaust might be very helpful. What good an asset is the high value -trendy/liberal young gen-z bilingual employee when mainstream media is influencing them to feel this way.

This rating is not for Target in general. When I visit family in LA, we always go to target and have so much fun. They keep the stores well stocked, there are lots of cute clothes in the correct sizes, the pharmacy is also stocked, and we like the makeup and personal care options. And The prices are fantastic! This target is a hot mess. They are always always always out of whatever it is that I go there to get. The CVS is if anything, worse. generic will not be there, so you have to buy brand names, and despite that number of products on the shelves they're all exactly the same. As an example, There are several ingredients used in nasal sprays. But at this target, there is only one type of ingredient available by about six different brands. I went to another CVS and found the one I wanted. It's really too bad when a local iteration of a store gives the company a bad name. I've given up on going to this target, I drive up to Petaluma now.

SCAM! SCAM! I saw an offer at the TARGET web site--get a RED CARD (their credit card), first $50 in merchandise free. SCAM, not because they did not allow the $50 in very inferior products, but that they charged late fee of $30 month, then $40 thereafter when their written invoice did not itemize charges, nor post in the lawful amount of time (14 days required). Further, they denied me access to the internet stating that they do that when you have a late fee (erroneous late fee)i.e. you can't see the erroneous and unlawful late fees charged to your account. Further, after I had paid off the little bit I did charge in the time required, ($60), they are still charging me late fees--late fees on late fees. (not lawfully allowed). They refuse to close the account as I still owe late fees, they say! Because of the Late fees, now up to $250.00 and still charging late fees of $40 a month on the prior late fees, my credit score has dropped 200 points, and one credit card has decreased my credit $1,000.00 dollars. So far. After three months of looking into this TARGET RED CARD, The Marin District Attorney said they would take no action because they need many cases and they had no other complaints about Target RED CARD. So, while I waited for the Marin DA to come to this conclusion, it cost me $120 in late fees. They are late fees on late fees, illegal. However, The DA's advice to me was, "...pay off the late fees." When I screamed," What", she said, " Well look how it is affecting your credit score." So, I have to pay off Late Fees on late fees and late fees that were not legally allowable by the highest law in Marin. The DA confirms it. However, (I cannot write a Yelp review that asks for money in exchange for me to stop a bad review but Target can do 'anything' to get money and the DA will uphold that and suggest that you pay them off. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! However, if anyone else has a problem with Target, or their Red Card it is probable that they then will take action (??). So, I do encourage anyone who has or had a problem to contact the Marin District Attorney's Office.

Perfect first date spot. Terrible pop-up books, but lots of misleading kids guns, seeds with maturity information, and bras that'll fit over your head. Five stars, would come back.

One of the best things that came out of the pandemic is the drive up pick up option at Target. It has always been a crowded store so this option is great for me. The people who bring the orders are great - both polite and courteous. My order is always correct, too. I give them a small tip even though that is not required. If you have not tried this option, you will be pleased when you do!

Amazingly rude employees. I had bought an item on Targets website and ended up wanting a return. So yesterday morning I go in to do just that. Their site says items bought online can be returned at any store (I guess it doesn't include the part about the rude and accusatory employees you'll encounter in store though). I brought my item to the return counter and showed my online receipt to them and I assume the employee didn't understand how to process the return. Walks up to me arms crossed and accuses me of scamming a return. Didn't bother to investigate or ask for help from another associate first, immediately jumped to conclusions. Anyways, the manager was called over and promptly processed the return with no issues or questions asked. I recommend going to the Petaluma Target, it is much cleaner and the associates are much kinder.
