I got charged for 68 dollars for gel removal.. They left my nails paper thin.. It will take months for them to become normal again.. I never leave bad reviews but the way they treated me and yelled at me was really insane

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Top Nails, which has brought to light serious issues of discrimination and poor customer service. My wife, who is Black, visited the salon seeking a manicure but was met with an unwelcoming and cold response from the staff. Despite the salon being nearly empty, with three open chairs and only one customer present, my wife was told that they were too busy to assist her.
The staff’s dismissive attitude and the palpable discomfort they caused my wife are unacceptable and deeply troubling. This experience was not only unprofessional but also reflects a disturbing pattern of racial bias. As someone who values inclusivity and respectful service, I cannot support or recommend a business that treats its customers based on the color of their skin rather than their patronage.
I hope Top Nails will take this feedback seriously and address these issues to ensure that no one else has to endure such disrespect. Discrimination in any form is never acceptable, and it is essential for businesses to foster an environment where every customer is treated with dignity and respect.

This nails came out horrible. They were stuck to my skin and was charged $70. For this work never going there again.

Having gone there myself and gotten a fungus from their pedicures . They have now refused service on my mother who suffers from Alzheimers because she has missed a couple appointments. She has been a costumer of theirs since before this owner going on 30 years ! No compassion!

For the past 7 months, I have been visiting nail salons in Novato in an effort to find a salon home! Today I found one! I had the best pedicure EVER and my gel manicure meticulous and I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for it! While the salon was not fancy it was spotless and welcoming! Look no farther!!!!

I got a great pedicure for $30. It was very Covid safe, only me and the technician- both masked. She did a great job on my nails and cuticles

I was lucky enough to find this spot while in from out of town. The mani pedi I had over a week ago still looks nearly as good as the day I got it. Terrific job, and my only regret is that I do not live locally, because I'd make them my regular salon otherwise.

If I could give 0 stars I would! First off I went to get my acrylic set off and get a fresh set. I have never been here before. My usual nail salon was all booked and I desperately needed a new set for my birthday. This lady LITERALLY ripped of my pinky nail I don’t recommend this salon it was the worst place I have ever been now I can’t get my nails done for my birthday weekend. Birthday ruined. Than she tried to blame it on me she said my nails was broke under my nail. No it was not. Anyways don’t go hereServices: Pedicures

They did not want to fix the nails and the nail tech physically put her hands in my face telling me no saying I got , what I got & she kept trying to yell at a 12 year old girl & not deal with their legal guardian & they were racist Nail Tech told WHITE LADY to lie to police saying we were harassing them & soon as I mentioned I have everything recorded they start playing victim HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE & NEVER GOING BACK HORRIBLE SERVICE & RACIST SHOPS LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE OPEN IN OUR COMMUNITY

I found the two ladies that were working tonight to be very rude and unhelpful... i showed up in comfortable clothing and both looked me up and down as if I wasn't good enough to be there or had money lol... I simply asked one nail tech if they could do my nails and certain way when they said no I tried to look up a different design where neither one wanted to Acknowledge the fact that i was asking a question about a different time to come in the next day... the lady who asked me to sit the first time walked away from the station and never returned... poor customer service... never judge a book by its cover little did they know i had more than enough to do whatever I wanted in they're shop... I'm from out of town not even local all I can say is I will NEVER come back to they're nail salon if I ever visit this city again...
