“The Penske truck rental process (from this location and at drop off in Santa Ana) was excellent in all regards - communication, truck selection, friendly and quick service, and ESPECIALLY price. Additionally, they guarantee your reserved vehicle will be at the location where you booked it (which should be automatic, but apparently isn't with some of Penske's competitors). This is HUGE...and very much appreciated. Would definitely use this company and location at Heirloom Storage in Novato again.”
