I understand that people need to take breaks, but this has happened more than once. I arrived at 4 o’clock. They’re supposed to be open till six. There’s a little sign that says we’ll be back at 4:15. Sorry, folks, I need to be somewhere at 4:20. So now I have to make another trip. What is the deal?

I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem. The staff is helpful and always give me a greeting. Could be happier.

This is the third time now that I’ve come to this location and waited outside for them to open. The hours listed on Google as well as on their phone message, and their front door, says 8:30 AM. Yet three times now I’ve come around 8:45 and the place is locked tight.

Easy to locate. Fast service. Quick visit. Parking in area is sometimes limited so you may have to park further. Free parking.

I have had several really bad experiences at this UPS location. The employees are rude and unhelpful, and I will never go back there again!

I had a return (Rent the Runway) for Saturday. They are supposed to open at 9 a.m. I panicked because I needed to be in Sonoma before 10:30 a.m. They finally opened at 9:20 a.m. I was thankful and hope the young man opening had a good day. You never know what the other person is dealing with that may have created the late start to their day.

Avoid the UPS Store. First, contrary to what they would like you to believe, they are not affiliated with UPS. They are a third party.I went in on Thursday to send a package. I was asked if I wanted it to go Ground ($30 something), to arrive the following Wednesday, or Priority ($68) to arrive on Saturday. I elected to send it Priority for $68.49. They set it US Postal Priority with no guarantee, but failed to tell me.This was a package that was sent to me by mistake by a customer who intended it for another recipient. I figured I'd do my customer a favor and forward it on. The first time they sent it via USPS Priority they, did so at the Post Office. The same package cost $8.79 to ship at the post office, $60 less than at the UPS store. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

Easy peasy. Team in there, the staff, makes it super easy, fast. Yeah, sometimes you got to wait your turn, but it'll be a quick min. They know their stuff, do it very quick. Efficient operation. Also, location is very practical and close and easy to find. Good parking.

Doug, The manager there, is a piece of work ! In a negetive way ! If you ask him for help in there store? Good luck ! He really foesnt want to help ! He really needs to find a job that fits him. I cant believe they made him manager !! The other employees there are much nicer ! And are willing to help everytime ! But not him. Im reporting Doug to the owner of the dtore, thats how much I think of him.

Consistently good service and proactively helpful. In my last 5 visits over the previous 7 weeks, I have had a variety of shipping needs and they step up every time. Kudos.
