Robbery, straight robbery. Go to the post office in Novato, suck the up the wait, and pay 90% less. Shameful. They wanted $88 to ship a hat to Alaska. I went the post office today and it was $6!

I purposely pay for my UPS postage online to avoid waiting in line. This location will make you wait in line regardless if you prepaid for postage. It literally takes the customer service clerk 5 seconds to scan my barcode and give me a receipt. I just waited in line for 20 efffing minutes to drop off my package and all I get is attitude from the clerks when I try to explain to them they need to come up with a different alternative. I'll be going out of my way to purposely avoid the Novato UPS Store.

The first time I came here, I was extremely disappointed.
I needed to print just one page—something I usually do at FedEx for $0.22. I was expecting a similar price, but to my surprise, I was charged $5.21 without any prior notice of the cost. I asked for a refund, as the pricing felt completely unreasonable.
The cashier, Juan, said he couldn’t issue a refund but took my contact information and mentioned the manager would review my request on Monday. However, I never received a call, any follow-up, or a refund. Avoid printing anything here - go to FedEx!

Thee lady at the UPS was kind and very helpful in my situation. This was my first time sending an item back and never used UPS. But she made me feel safe home. Highly recommend this location. Keep up the good work.

The best Ups Store ever! I have been coming here for years. Some of the staff has changed over the years, but everyone’s customer service is top notch friendly and professional. Even when there is disgruntled customers, the staff always seems to maintain a positive and helpful attitude. Never a bad experience from copies to Amazon returns. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

I have to use this location regularly for prepaid labeled drop-offs and this is the slowest out of all the UPS stores I know of for that. Corporate needs to help them figure out their operation. The staff is always friendly, though.

For 3rd time, note on door. Back in 30 min, 20 min, 10 min.I wait. They don’t come back and then the store is closed. Today, while I waited, 2 other customers went to door with packages… DON’T USE THIS STORE. Horrendous NON-SERVICE.
