“Had a great experience here at the Marin County Ford. Despite being the first time I had ever purchased a vehicle I never once felt like I was being led astray with my decisions or forced into a choice. The Employees were super kind and forthcoming especially Tsoai Gordley as well as John Preston. Despite my car only being 5K and a 2015 model, I still felt as if I was being treated terrifically and not someone trying to be rushed out the door for someone trying to purchase a brand new vehicle. Even After I left there was a problem that I caused because I was unfamiliar with all the controls. They took care of it immediately and without any charge. I was so relieved. Always professional and kind. MCF truly deserves a 5 star rating and if this review software went higher I would give it even more. Even with my small budget they were able to find me great used vehicles.”
