“Going back home to San Francisco I came across this Amazing Jewelry Store, Walked in Spoke with a very Respectful & Lovely Woman, I needed to get my 14K Gold/Diamond Ring cleaned and they did an absolutely fantastic job. I have never seen this Ring shine so much. Price was more than Fair for these Quality Results. Thank You very much.”

“I recently sold a vintage Rolex at The Gold Drop in San Rafael and had an excellent experience. I believe it was Rahel who helped me. What really stood out was the level of customer service. She took the time to thoroughly explain how she arrived at her offer, and I felt the pricing was very fair. She even helped me figure out how to receive my payment through Apple Pay, taking extra time to make sure everything worked properly. She also let me know that they offer free appraisals for vintage jewelry, which is a great service to have locally. The Gold Drop is a wonderful small family business, and the location is very convenient with easy parking right on the same block. If you're looking to sell jewelry, watches, or precious metals and want honest, knowledgeable service, I highly recommend The Gold Drop.”

“Previously the staff at this shop helped me to assess the value of my late mothers jewelry. So years later I bought some fairly small diamond earrings for the wife from them. The ladies running the counter are very friendly. They will get more of my dollars. Wife loves the earrings.”

“Family owned, I trust Gold Rush Jewelers with all my family artifacts. I brought in rings, watches and even 2 pocket-watches that are over 150 years old. They researched and outsourced, but eventually found the parts and pieces they needed to fix my ancient pocket-watches. Mind you, this did cost a bit - but anything would be for a service like this. The whole process took roughly 3 months to complete, but I wasn't in a hurry”
