They installed my water filter very well. They are very pleasant. To get replacement filters you stop by their office (it's not a retail store). The whole installation of the system was a little bit pricier than I would have preferred. But, I could not find a better, local alternative.

Drinking clean water every day is so vital to our health. I have been going here for years. They are by far the best thing around compared to any other water source I have found. Clean, Pure, Awesome. Plus, every employee has been positive and helpful. They have a Water Store at Bon Air Shopping Center in Greenbrae as well. Keep doing what you do USPW!

We inherited a US Pure Water reverse osmosis system from a dear friend, recently. It is a top- notch system and we have been very excited to install it. Sadly, the installation instructions were no longer with the system. We stopped by the US Pure Water offices in Novato and had a wonderful experience with them, specifically Dean Hollobaugh. They provided an updated manual, tips and advice as well as additional parts. I highly recommend this company based on their outstanding customer service.
