Have had several issues when shipping from here. I'm a notary and have to have my documents picked up in a timely manner. Somehow, they never got shipped and then always blamed the fedex guy for it. Stopped using them and took my business to Freedom postal instead.

Sunny has EXCELLENT customer service.
She was very kind and on top of managing her work station and helped me power through the stresses of shipping out my first eBay package at the store.
Sunny should be employee of the month.

Malyssa and her ladies are the best. Love the personal touch they've brought to this type of business, and the girls (the cats) are always fun to stop in and see. I came to Oak Hills Postal to deliver a package and upon entering I was greeted with a warm smile from Theresa. This post office is the most beautiful and meticulous clean postal office I've ever visited. I was very impressed with the decor and the friendliest of the staff was welcoming. I was helped right away and it took less than 5 mins to package my things and sent it off. I was given a receipt with a tracking number. If I was given a survey, I would give this place a 10/10. Of course I would recommend this location my friends and family.
