“I took a pair of shorts in to be repaired and they promised a 2 day turn around when other cleaners were much longer. They text you to communicate when your item is ready for pickup. My day got away from me and when I remembered I hadn’t picked my shorts up they were closed!! I texted to see if maybe they were still working inside despite being closed. Hye Kim who I believe is the owner the owner, texted me back and said yes they were closed. Hye then said I have personal plans now but can deliver to your house later or tomorrow before you go on your birthday getaway if you give me your address!!! What…who does that??!! Well Hye does! I Zelle’d my payment with a tip and later in the evening I got a txt that my shorts were hanging on my front door!! NOW THAT IS CUSTOMERSERVICE!!! Thanks Hye! “Honest cleaner! Fast and efficient service. I came in for a white dress shirt to get cleaned up since I just came back from a friend's wedding. The pricing is low and the turnaround time was faster than I expected. His door is always open literally and parking is plenty around the corner. While I made a stop, the plaza had a pizza spot for a quick bite and a 7-Eleven for quick purchases too. Super convenient and would come back back again.”

“This is my favorite laundromat! It’s tucked away along the mountains and sits beside a little convenience store and a Mexican restaurant that has great coffee. Only some of the machines take credit card with an app but you can always get cash at atm next door. There are always quarters available in the coin machine. The owner is the nicest man and has the nicest regular customers that go here. It’s one of the cleanest laundromats I’ve been too. Everything you need is right there and if not I love the convenience of the store. It’s a really chill atmosphere and always an enjoyable experience considering you’re doing laundry! I drive out of my way to go here because it’s more comfortable for me. There is also a laundry service where you can drop off your clothes and pick them up. There is always parking available and multiple restaurants. Always feel safe here. I love this place!”

“My elderly uncle lives here in Thousand Oaks and I have been coming once to twice a week to do all his laundry.I really like it here. The machines are reliable, and there is almost always someone on site at all times to help you if a machine isn't working. Not always, but mostly. The mostly Latino clientele is awesome too: no one talks to me, which I like, ha ha! (Maybe they think I don't speak Spanish because I am white? I do, and no one has talked smack about me so everyone is nice and they leave me alone!)They have three quarter machines on site which are always working, and I really love those rolling baskets that they provide. They also have snack machines and soda machines that you can pay for it with your phone.Being right next to a donut shop doesn't hurt either.It is as clean as it can be for an older place. It ain't spotless in the sense that there are older floor, tiles and older walls so everything is scuffed, but it is clean for how old it clearly is.”

A sink to wash your hands and a restroom for your convienience at no charge. Front and back door parking coin changers vending machines and tables to relax at. Small but nice.”
