Unacceptable!!! I went for a tire change and they broke the lock to my lug nuts. Did not bother to leave me a message, or offer to pay for the part they broke. Was left with you’ll have to go to the dealer because no one will be able to fix the problem. I went to the dealer and all they would have had to do is go to the dealer (like I had to do) and get the part.

My cousin and I stopped here to have her tires replaced. Service is excellent and the staff is very kind and personable as well as efficient. We enjoyed our visit here and will be back!

I had only good experiences since I go there with any tire problem. I’m a customer for over 20 years and never had reasons to complain. The service is always done professionally, great customer service and fair prizes. Friendly service all the time I have to walk in there. Keep up the great work!

Great place to get oil changes, tires, alignment. Fred is the man. Brian is the front desk guy who is awesome as well. I trust them. They are on the high side of prices but you get what you pay for. Never had an issue here.

Saturday late afternoon I'm working in Ojai I notice my tire pressure light come up on the display. I pull over at a gas station and see a nail that's not supposed to be there on the rear right of my vehicle. I quickly google tire repair places near my and 2 places pop up. Fred's and another local service center. Fred's was farther than the other place so I take it to the nearest one since they both will be closing in about an hour. I rush to the first business only to find the place deserted, not a soul around. I call the number they have listed and it goes to voicemail. I go back to the gas station and add more air in my soon to be flat tire and head to Fred's. They quickly take me in and inform me it won't take too long. About 25-30 mins I'm there relaxing and watching a game when all of a sudden I hear my name being called at the reception. Total damage: $25Fred's Tire Man saved my day.

I just recently moved to Ojai and I needed an oil change and one of my tires checked as every month the tire loses air. I normally take my car to the Toyota dealership but they were going to charge a lot of money for an oil change and tire rotation . Each month Toyota just adds air in my tire instead of checking to see why it is losing air it. At Fred's Tire Man they took it off and found a nail and fixed the tire for a nominal charge. Very happy and very impressed by their service. I will be going back.
