“Facility manager was friendly, good at communication and helpful. Space was clean and easy to access. Gate access was digital utilizing an app. The only drawback was after less than 3 months rent jumped by approximately 22%! Manager did negotiate a much smaller increase, but I still moved out.”

“This is the best storage with the most security and kindest people working there. I had a unit with them for 6 years. I ended up moving out of state and always worried about my stuff but Michael, Janet and Kim took great care of everything and answered all of my crazy questions I randomly had. The facilities are clean and well monitored. It was a bittersweet moment moving out because I had a great experience at this storage but I no longer needed to keep my stuff there. Thank you all for the wonderful years of keeping my stuff safe !”

The place is very clean and affordable compared to anywhere else I’ve used and looked in the past . The staff is really nice and helpful over the years and for that I’m grateful for them. “Whenever I want to reserve something specific, if it's not available at this location, I adjust my schedule, instead of trying to find a location with what I need. I've had some bad experiences at some U-Haul locations. But not this one. Uhaul of Ventura, on Thompson Blvd.

This place continues to amaze me. Michael & Greg just go above and beyond, and these two guys and people like them are the reason that I keep coming back to this Uhaul location in particular. I don't know who the owner of this branch is, but I hope that they know just how valuable these two guys are to their business.”

“Best self-storage place we’ve ever used! Staff is very friendly and helpful. We used Oak View Self Storage for 3 years as we downsized, and had to visit our unit quite regularly. The place is very well run and the units are extremely clean. When we moved out recently, the manager was incredibly helpful (thank you Holly!) Due to a power outage caused by the electric company, the elevator was temporarily out of order, but she took full responsibility, not only personally helping us move our things out, but also calling in another helper — all at no charge to us. Highly recommend this place!”
