“Low key storage facility. I appreciate that the staff are available when needed but otherwise you are left alone and given privacy. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the gate entry is only 7-7.”
“Customer service is alive and well people! Berenice started the process for me and though I was being realistic and didn’t expect all my request to be answered… she surely went above and beyond! Ulises was the gentleman who delivered the unit and once again AMAZING! Helpful , thorough , efficient and so nice! This is the 2nd time we have used porta stor and the pricing , customer service and just overall communication is TOP NOTCH!

“This is the best storage with the most security and kindest people working there. I had a unit with them for 6 years. I ended up moving out of state and always worried about my stuff but Michael, Janet and Kim took great care of everything and answered all of my crazy questions I randomly had. The facilities are clean and well monitored. It was a bittersweet moment moving out because I had a great experience at this storage but I no longer needed to keep my stuff there. Thank you all for the wonderful years of keeping my stuff safe !”

I would suggest to go this location instead of the ones on saviers (since my reservation was booked there -then switched over to the Ventura location ) which it turned out way better for me (: Highly reccomend !”

The place is very clean and affordable compared to anywhere else I’ve used and looked in the past . The staff is really nice and helpful over the years and for that I’m grateful for them.
