Capital cowboy of the world I tell you one thing DEE as that commercial manager she has a real customer service knows how to treat. Customers knows how to respect customers knows how to talk to customers. I definitely recommend this place. I’ve been in the business since 1999. I know how a business can get Very successful with your customer service this store has this commercial has it I recommend 5 Star for DEE. Good after I would like to thank Elizabeth Esmaeili the manager at Autozone in Oakdale ,Ca for her kindness and knowledge in the auto parts industry. I really appreciate your patience and kindness in finding a solution to my vehicle I was having . She first diagnosed my vehicle then recommended what I needed and if it wasn’t for her knowledge ,I would’ve had to spend a fortune at the dealership for parts and labor.She was able to call other autozone store get the part needed and delivered on time and my problem is now completely resolved . Thank you for your time , effort , and especially the knowledge you have in regards to vehicles . Lifetime loyal customer.

It is expensive and mostly of their merchandise came from china but we don't choice.

Kody with a k and Juan with a j. Two solid dudes. They hooked me up with a battery swap at the very last min. The youngster was a good guy and the manager made a good call letting him help me out. It gained a 5 star review. I spent a ton of money on a battery but I still don't feel riped off. Thanks for the help fellas.

Fantastic! My car wouldn't start and Javier went above and beyond, installing a new battery for me and then coordinating work on the starter. With his help I got the car going and moved on with my day. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!
