Great service ! Staff went above and beyond to get the parts ordered and installed for my vehicle. They even stayed an hour and a half after closing to finish the work! Very impressed!

Didn't even wipe the brake dust off before trying to stick wheel balance weights. they called me an hour later and told me that they forgot one of my hubcaps and if I could come back and pick it up. The whole Experience was just a complete waste of time.

We had a screw in our truck tire. They fixed that tire and puts it back on the truck and put the spare back in its place. No charge! We will buy our tire from this store. Great, friendly service.

What a great place this was I was out camping and woke up to a flat tire I had a big bolt in my tire so drove to the nearest town which was Oakdale and the first tire shop I seen was this one I'd never been there before but i will be going back the next time I need tires they patched my flat tire for free I couldn't believe it!! I did leave a tip even after they told me I didn't need to. But because of service like this I will be buying tires from this place the next time I need tires. Thank you guys I keep up the good work

I went in this les schwab to get an air leaking tire looked at.I was greeted pleasantly, and right away. The young man took my info, and said. OK let's get you out of here.With that said, I grabbed a cup of coffee,and sat down.A paying customer was waited on and got servicea ahead of me, he had come in after me.After 1 and s half hours later I asked for my keys back, guy went to get them leaving me standing in the sun, a minuteTer

Oakdale Les Schwab Liars and Cheats. No matter what they say nothing is FREE! In my experience Oakdale Les Schwab will ALWAYS find a way to charge you something. Last month they charged me 95.14 for a "FREE" tire rotation after there technician stripped the lug nuts. Furthermore Oakdale Les Schwab is great at wasting your time. If you Value your Time or Money best to shop elsewhere. Today Oakdale Les Schwab took 3 hours and 13 minutes to tell me exactly what I told them, when I walked in the door or they could have clearly seen had they done a quick visual inspection upon my arrival. What I thought was a standard simple tire service request " I purchased these tires about a month and half ago. Can you please rotate tires, check tire pressure. The front driver is consistently 5lbs lower. Also looks like I picked up a nail in rear passenger side. I'd like to get that pugged as need to get back on the road today as soon as possible." Over 3 hours later..... Oakdale Les Schwab pulled my car In, within 5 minutes they figured out a way to charge without addressing any other issues we discussed. Oakdale Les Schwab claimed there was nothing they can without charging me. They didn't bother rotating the tires or adding air to an obvious low tire or removing the nail from my tire. BUYER BEWARE: Once you purchase a set of tires You are Nothing to Oakdale Les Schwab but way to extract more revenue. It's All a SCAM to get you to come back so they can keep taking from you.

I found a month-old Michelin tire (installed elsewhere) on my truck with a slow leak. Dealer could not get to it so I tried Les Schwab here in town, per the dealer recommendation. Spacious parking, clean comfortable show-room and greeted immediately by a friendly young lady who saw me enter and popped up from her desk in the back. Took my info, gave me a $20 estimate and said I'd be next up. I was, and in less than 27 minutes I had my name called by a technician, and asked to sign my name at the terminal and asked if I wanted a receipt. Handed me a receipt and said your done. Not over friendly at the exit but not to worry I would definitely return here due to their expediency.

Jesse was the absolute best! he helped me and my family make sure we had the safest tires and wheels on the road. he made us feel comfortable and happy throughout the whole process. Jesse is the reason we will be returning for anything else we need ?

Walked in asked if some assembled leveling struts could be installed. Immediately employee said we can't. Place was empty not much going on. So I won't ask about price for tires and alignment. Would have been a nice ticket/RO. I used to be a service manager. Turn away work was the last thing I would ever do.

LS in Oakdale are always great Jesse runs a good shop! LS in Sonora not bueno the team not well trained at all! First he replaced wrong tire and when I pointed out when he pulled the truck around the young man gave me attitude... then I must said 3-4 times from front desk to the young man I want the spare please put in the back pulls the truck up I looked in the back no spare ℹ flagged the young man please I want my tired without a smile goes gets the tired tools up to me looks at me where do you want it ? Back of the truck... he must been having a horrible day because showing any sign of service was not going to happen

My Family had a terrible experience at Oakdale Les Schwab with Store Manager Jesse Pollock. We have lived in Oakdale our entire lives and strive to support local businesses when possible. We have always taken all our vehicles here, even before it was Les Schwab. Today my Wife took our car in for a low tire pressure light on. My Wife was told that 1 tire was not able to be repaired and the other 3 were close to needing replacement - we chose to replace all 4 with new tires of the same kind. A price was given and agreed upon. Unbeknownst to my Wife, the price was increased and not communicated. Upon pickup of the vehicle, we saw and questioned the price increase. Manager Jesse Pollock basically said my Wife was lying to me and not being honest about being verbally informed of a change in the previous agreed upon written quoted price. When disputing the newly increased price, Jesse (who was still in possession of the car keys) threatened and went outside to take the new tires off and put on the 3 tires leaving our car immobile (they stated they could not put the damaged tire back on due to a liability issue). After extensive debate, Jesse agreed to honor the original written quoted price but there was a condition. The condition is he never wanted our Family to step foot in his store again and Jesse and Oakdale Les Schwab would not honor the Les Schwab warranty on the new 4 tires we just paid over $1100 for - we would have to drive to a Les Schwab in a different city. The lack of customer service, threat and attempt to leave our car with only 3 of the 4 original warrantied tires on it, stating my Wife was lying to me and being dishonest (when Jesse was not even part of any of the original conversation) left us extremely disappointed in our local Oakdale Les Schwab store and Management. Your motto is "Doing the right thing since 1952", I don't think the right things were done today.
