Worse mobile banking app! Please upgrade or will stop banking here. The app is so bad I am considering taking my $ elsewhere. It's that bad, this app waste your customers time and energy? Do you people actually use it? Why subject your customers to this?

Wow--I am so surprised at the 1-star reviews for this bank that I felt I had to respond. I have been a customer at this bank for about 28 years, and all I have ever thought is that they are about the best bank in the world. It isn't just how I am treated when I go in or how it is managed--they just do things right. Once, there was a pretty big error made (all businesses make errors, but the good ones go above and beyond to rectify them), and they truly went above and beyond and completely made things right. Beyond that, I enjoy all the tellers and especially the manager, Elisa, who is a quality person. They have my business for life.

I operate my store on Saturdays and sometimes need change .. I like the tellers but sometimes a inconvenience.
