“I called in on behalf of my friend because she was sold a car with aftermarket Lugnuts that require a special key for all five lug nuts on each wheel and was price shopping for estimates on how to forcibly remove them and I spoke with a gentleman who recommended contacting a tire shop in Modesto, even though I was not familiar with Modesto because I am located in Concord and he mentioned that this tire shop has a lot of special keys for lug nuts for aftermarket wheels as well they went above and beyond to hear me out recommend me a shop with a better potential solution, and I really appreciate that because I am looking to save her as much money as possible, and finding the specific special key for the lug nuts is a lot cheaper than having to forcibly remove them and replace them with stock lug nuts.
