Office was crowded, but because I had an appointment, I was called right in shortly after I checked in. Everyone was very nice.

Got there at 325pm and signed up as a walk in took them ten mins to come out and say there not taking walk ins and they didn't even have anyone there

The humans that work in that office are horrible and mean. Told me I wasn't aloud to talk to any of the other people in the waiting room and told to shut or leave! Myself and 2 grandma's where talking about my son and their grandsons graduation that's 2 days away. Really so now people are not loud to talk to other people in that office, they are so wrong and I have every right to speak to anyone anywhere anytime. That's my First Amendment, right isn't it? And your office is telling me I'm not even allowed to talk about the upcoming graduation. I'm angry as all hell. YES I talked about the computer system that kept saying as loud as possible the TV could go and it kept saying "If you are blind wave 3 fingers in front of the keyosk and someone will come to help!" And I kept saying so how is the blind one going to find the keyosk unless the other patience in the room, direct them to it. I never said anything about the people working there untill that woman violated my first amendment rights when I wasn't saying anything wrong or mean in any way!

The person who drew my blood was extremely rude and very unprofessional when she drew my blood hurting me and causing me to bruise

Scheduled an appointment online. Arrived on time and my name was on the screen. Ten minutes later it was gone. Notified an employee and was handed off to a technician that seemed annoyed. Because I experienced a problem with being stabbed 4 times before finding a vain, I requested a butterfly needle on my last visit. Very good experience. This time after making the request a very rude tech said she would see if they had enough on hand. I informed her l would not be getting my blood drawn if not. She kept typing then turned around and began the process and saying the needle was small, like she didn’t even hear what I told her. I refused and she rudely handed my paper work back. What a waste of time. I went home and scheduled another appointment for this coming Monday at 10:30 AM . I hope after fasting for a second time, this time I will get someone with a little humanity to serve me.

Signing in, making appointment is more difficult than ever. Online sign up is NOT user friendly. They do not want to talk to you. You can't make appointment with a real person.

Usually quick in and out. Usually great at drawing blood. Last time girl botched it and wound up with large hematoma that turned into a huge bruise after a few days.

YOU NEED A WAY TO TALK TO A REPRESENTATIVE. SOME QUESTIONS NEED A REPRESENTATIVE. LIKE MINE WHY MY DR DID NOT RECEIVE MY BLOOD TEST RESULTS.
I HAD TO DRIVE 50 MILES TO GET THE ANSWER...!!!! NOT HAPPY...
