The Computer Savior provides exceptional service. Daniel is patient, very knowledgeable, an excellent problem solver, and shows good character and honesty. He responded immediately. Made a home visit (1/2 hours to my house). Charged me a fair rate for an operation that took many hours. He patiently explained everything and provided resources if I needed more assistance. I would highly recommend Daniel and not use anyone else. Thank you, Daniel!

The owner of this business is super knowledgeable and also very easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and gave me a very reasonable price to upgrade my computer. When I contacted a competitor, they simply told me to buy a new computer. Welp, sometimes, people don't have money to buy something brand new, so it was refreshing that The Computer Savior offered my a solution that fit my budget. I live a few towns away, but it was worth the drive to drop my computer off here. If I have any future computer needs, I won't hesitate to call them again. A+++ service. Highly recommended.

Oh my, makes it look so easy. Very convenient and reasonable. Hadn't has use of computer for over a month. No idea they were in town , he is inside PakMail Ace by Raley's and highly recommend.

I had issues with my fan causing overheating problems, and my hard drive was making my deskstop really slow. Daniel was amazing and patient with trying to figure out and solve all of these problems. I definitely recommend him for any repairs! Thanks again!

Daniel was terrific! My folks were having Wi-Fi issues and as much as I tried to solve the problem, I couldn't figure it out. I found Daniel on Yelp and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. He was prompt, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and friendly. His rate was very reasonable and we couldn't be happier. Thank you, Daniel!

I was right in the middle of an important, time sensitive work assignment when my laptop’s hard drive decided it was done. I called Daniel and brought it to him. He was able to backup and save everything off of it. I then purchased a new laptop and Daniel set my new system up, reloaded everything back on and got me up and running in only a few hours. He definitely is the Computer Savior. He was courteous and professional and I would completely recommend him.

I am relieved to finally find a computer technician that is reliable, and knows this fast changing industry. What problems I was having were diagnosed quickly and solved problems I had been having for 3 months were 2 other businesses were unable to do. I recommend Daniel for businesses and individuals.

I rarely write online reviews except if there is something exceptional to say. Daniel at Computer Savior was not only quick to respond to my request for assessment and help on a matter concerning my monitor speakers, but was helpful in a way that I don't often come across with many others. He offered not only an excellent initial assessment, explanation, and insight into the matter, but gave his thoughts within the spirit of kind, true honesty and with simple, sincere, practical wisdom in relaying the best solutions to help me out (regardless of whether the assessment would or would not bring him business). That the tone of his character and professional ability would make an impression upon me just by an initial consultation is enough for me to want to offer this review and to let him know that I would consider his company for future assistance. I am not usually easily impressed or convinced, but when someone has excellent character, core values, and demonstration of knowledge and skill--within even an initial consultation--it is worthy of praise and mention. This is a business that seeks not only to help people out but to serve them with qualitative care and value--not always so commonly experienced everywhere these days. They have the character, relational ability, and excellence of professional skill to do so and will garner more business just for that.

I called with some questions about my son's laptop and the person I talked to (I'm sorry I didn't get his name!) was so knowledgable and incredibly helpful! He took the time to answer my questions and recommended a solution. The fact that he would recommend a software to me that I could install myself and had no financial benefit for him showed a lot of integrity and genuine kindness. I'll definitely be using them the next time I'm in over my head!

I have been using Daniel at The Computer Savior for quite some time now. He is always willing to explain things to me and take the time to answer questions. I call him with small questions now and then which he has no issue taking the time to answer at no charge even when he is busy. He is very honest with me and lets me know if my machine is worth fixing even if I do or don't buy one from him he is willing to help point me in the right direction. Although 90% of the time I purchase from him. I have bought both brand new builds and refurbished machines from him and I have been happy with both. I appreciate that he removes all the crap that comes with the new computers that you don't need or want. I know he has been around a long time and I like that he is a small business which comes with that personal touch. Thank you Daniel for always being there for me and my crazy questions and for fixing my computer in a timely manner.
