well the Oakdalea Ca. location is where I do my pick ups and returns there is always a line the place is always busy and the associates that work there are amazing helpful and friendly. they are the reason why I am rating the store and UPS amazing services thank you

Customer service rep that helped me was AMAZING! She greeted everyone with such a bubbly personality! She was so patient with me while I got all my stuff in order. Best customer service hands down.

We live in a country rural area and this is an amazing place to have so close to where we live. The staff are warm, friendly and super patient when dealing with all my returns and there are quite a lot and always with a smile. A+++

After doing business with them for years I was told next time I get a package there I need to pay a 20.00 holding fee.
The person, I am guessing male. Told me that. I will take my business elsewhere.

Nicole & Alex did a great job helping me navigate returning items on the “new” (to me) Amazon self-returning console. The reason I even tried using it was due to a long line that dissipated quickly. Thanks to their friendliness and efficiency. I really like this UPS store and often refer customers to it in this area.

I’ve been to this UPS Store many times, but today I was told to use the kiosk even though no one else was in the store and I was about to walk to the counter. I’d never been told to use it before and gave no reason to think I wouldn’t wait. While I stood there confused trying to figure it out myself, the employee helped two customers who came in after me and gave me instructions with attitude. When I asked if I could skip the kiosk next time, she replied, “Well next time you’ll just have to wait for us,” in a snarky tone. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming.

Went in Friday morning to ship a package, fully expecting to wait for a while because of Christmas shippers. Was in and out in 5 minutes, Brittany handled our shipment like a pro. Highly recommend!

August is just about the BEST person you could ever have working there! She is a godsend and makes everything easier for the customer along with going out of her way to make whatever you need work for you in the best possible way!! She needs and deserves recognition and a raise!!
