Came To Get A Cashiers Check ,On Crutches, and Everyone was So Helpful I Felt The Love and Great Service, Definitely Different than The Modesto Branch I Bank at ThankYou Staff ?

Customer service sucks. Now I have to drive to a different branch to deposit money in to my own account just because I would not sign the back of my debit card. Ridiculous.

This is the worst bank I've ever been to. I absolutely hate coming here .The guy who works here is extremely rude. They never answer the phones . They are not welcoming. Not much help.I do have to say that Kim is very nice & does her best to help . She was out of work due to some medical issues. If you need a banker ask... read full comment
