Be careful if you're using your app and make an order that it does not default to your home Carl's.The manager helped us make an order but didn't check which restaurant the order was being prepared for. After we made the order I realized that the manager had not checked the location of the restaurant and it was ordered for our home restaurant 4 hours away.We tried to cancel the order but the app was not working after several tries. I asked her what we should do and she suggested I call my hometown restaurant in Canyon Country, California. I called the hometown restaurant and they refused to help. That manager refused to cancel my order. She told me I had to call "them" without specifying who "them" was. Then she hung up on me before the issue was resolved. My card was charged.Using the app I wrote to Carl's headquarters and explained the situation. Within a couple of days they refunded my order and apologized for the poor performance and behavior of the manager in Canyon Country.

Horrible night service there rude food missing when asked to please the order of missing items( large food order) they told me I ate them already and wanted free food. Really people don’t spend 75$ to try and get free food they just want what they pay for

We haven't been to Carl's Jr. in a few weeks and decided we give them a try tonight. We did the drive-thru and the woman who took our order was very abrupt to the point of almost being rude. She also handled our order at the window and continued with being extremely unfriendly. The food was okay, but we will not be back. We do not have a lot of choices in Oakhurst, but for the money and customer service Jack-in-the Box is so much better.

Came here bc in the south we have Hardee's and Carl Jr is almost the same thing but not as good as Hardee's. Anyways I ordered an item that could taste more similar to Hardee's and I was told they are out of biscuits.

Anyways I ordered an item that could taste more similar to Hardee's and I was told they are out of biscuits. Now this was at 8:30am. I never experienced a place like this to be out of biscuits so early. The breakfast menu doesn't have that many options to choose from.

Dang. I'm surprised to read any negative reviews here. I came here multiple times during my Yosemite vacation. Drive thru only. These visits were so memorable that even as I got back home 5 hours away, I knew I had to leave a review. Jacoby, Sebastian, Bryan, thank you for taking care of us during our stay. You guys have some type of southern hospitality that I've never seen at any other drive thru. You spoke clearly, slowly, patiently, asked even if I wanted dessert. At the window you asked if I needed condiments. Handed me the food and STILL asked if there anything else that I needed. Happily gave me a cup of ice water when I sheepishly asked for one. I wish I coulda recorded you guys. On the last visit, my husband came with me and I said "watch this. These are the nicest guys I've ever seen at a drive thru." And you didn't disappoint. My husband was like "was that for real? These dudes r extra pleasant." Here's the receipts. I want the managers to see this and know that they have some prize employees. Bravo for whatever training you gave them.
