Was there a couple days ago to upgrade from the iPhone 13 Pro to the iPhone 15 Pro. Was told I only qualified for $400 off the phone so then they ran my husband’s credit instead and was told he qualified for $900 off the phone. Then they told us they needed proof of residency & we drove all the way from Oakhurst back home to Mariposa took 1 hour…and back to Oakhurst with proof of residency. When we arrived back at 12 we came back someone else was helping us…I didn’t catch her name the name on the desk said Kimberly? I could be wrong…she was very uninformative. She gave us the customer service number and just told us to call the number and come back…like what the heck???? We was just in the store an hour ago and was approved. It didn’t seem like she wanted to help us. Why didn’t she offer a manager to assist us? So we stood outside for a few minutes confused and I told my husband I wanted to speak to a manager because this is very rude and unprofessional. So we walked right back in and the manager assisted us. She said my husbands account had been flagged by the fraud department for some reason and they didn’t want to announce that in the store. If no one told us…how would we know which department to speak to on the phone? This doesn’t make sense. The manager got us to the right department on the phone and they took the hold off my husbands account and they didn’t even use the proof of residency that we drove all the way back home for! I was finally able to get the phone but this has been the most confusing experience with any phone company that I ever had. A lot of back and forth. Mind you…we arrived early at 10:20am. I had an 11:00am appointment. We didn’t leave with the phone until 3:00pm

It's okay. Carry some phone products. But when it comes to needing serious help, they redirect you to Verizon in Fresno.

On Thursday this location was more than willing and able to sell my mother a SIM card and install it into her newly purchased phone. I came into the exact same location 2 days later and was told they do not sell SIM cards and never have. They also had the will return soon sign on the door at 5:00 in the evening even though they close at 6:00. Was the absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I've been using this location to pay my phone bill and I've purchased my last two phones there. I wouldn't waste my time there anymore we'll just drive to Fresno at any other opportunity.

I highly recommend this location, whenever I come to pay my bill or have phone questions. I always talk to Paige. She knows how to do everything for me, I trust her to make her best judgment. She deserves a pay raise!

The person my husband talked to on the phone was very informative and helpful. However, when we got there, somebody else was minding the store and they were not helpful at all. For being a sales rep, they sure weren't trying to sell us on a plan-- and we were really ready to switch from our last carrier! We walked away frustrated and disappointed. We ended up going with a prepaid plan and sim cards for our current phones, just to have something. This store needs to step it up!

Went in and got a new phone and plan very quickly and easily. Dakota was very kind and very clear with the costs and expenses and didn’t try to hide anything. He was very open with fees we would need to pay. I really appreciate that, would definitely recommend this Verizon store!

Kaitlyn and Sadie at Russell cellular in Oakhurst went through great pains to make sure that my account was not overcharged or plans changed that would have impacted my bill negatively. After three days and over a weekend they finally got it ironed out. I was not in a hurry but I really did want my new phone and the watch to play well with others. They did a fantastic job and we’re really attentive to the details. The store was busy as well. I can’t say enough good things about everybody there.

Very pleased with the service we received from the young man in the store. My phone was not turning on and in about 20 seconds he had it fixed. Also he noticed things on the phone that shouldn't be there so he took care of that as well.

Paige was amazing!!! I had a great experience getting a phone activated. She did all of the work, even helped me establish all the parameters and parental controls. Grateful we didn't have to go to Fresno to get business done
