For only having 1 customers service rep in the office this company has surprisingly great service. Michaella in the front office is so sweet. The techs are so helpful I had a lot of questions and they were super insightful and took time explaining things.

I used to have STI and it would take me 5 days to download a game that same game took 1 hour with the 1 gigNot to mention Michaella in the local office is so sweet and very helpful.
