ON 8/26/24 I WENT TO QUEST OAKHURST WITH A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AND HANDED CASEY MY LAB ORDER FROM MY DOCTOR. SHE WENT TO THE COMPUTER AND LOOKED UP MY INFORMATION AND APPARENTLY THERE WERE OUTSTANDING LABS TO BE DONE AND DREW MY BLOOD... (BUT NEVER PROCESSED THE ORDER THAT I HANDED HER). THE ORDER WAS URGENT AS I WAS HEADED ON VACATION AND NEEDED TO KNOW THE RESULTS. WHEN I CAME THE NEXT DAY, ON 8/27/24, SHE WAS RUDE AND MADE ME FEEL IT WAS MY FAULT.
I WAS STUCK TWICE AND I AM SURE MY INSURANCE WAS CHARGED MORE, BECAUSE OF CASEY'S INABILTY TO FOLLOW THE ORDER I HANDED HER.

I have week veins and sometimes it is hard to draw blood on me. Alicia and Casey have always been able to locate a good vein on me the first draw. These ladies are an asset to our community in Oakhurst. I don't dread getting my blood drawn at the Oakhurst Quest when Casey and Alicia are there. Alicia and Casey have wonderful personalities and are always a pleasure to talk to. Hopefully they are recognized frequently by Quest for being great people and wonderful employees.

My experience at the lab was excellent. However, I have an online account with Quest Diagnostics and was not able to set up an appointment after I signed into my account. I had to make the appointment online as a guest. I wasn't able to find any help for the issue on the web site.

I have tried to get a simple appointment 4 times and always ends up with the software, " does not recognize my secondary ins." It gives me a schedule time and the venue but will not give a clue about how to fix my 2nd ins.?? My time on the finished, (printable) version is not in the schedule. I might just as well walk in, it is the same thing. So, from now on I won't bother to make an appointment.

The plebotomist A is the best at drawing blood on hard to draw patients. My adult Autistic son was as comfortable as he could be with her drawing his blood. She made it relaxing, quick and painless for him to have his draw.

The technician that helped me out was awesome she was very friendly very professional hell I didn't even feel the needle go in my arm she answered my questions she was awesome she deserves a raise
