I was there when they openef a 10:00 am on 4-12-2024 and was told by the girl that i only do womens hair cuts and if i wanted a Hsircut i would have to come back at 12:00 pm, this business just lost my business for ever that was just Not Right..

I went in they don't do walk ins and they even if they you do get an appointment the person I was supposed to cut your hair never showed just leaves after the appointment day.

Even though they had a female available to cut my hair the owner said that no females will cut male hairs. You make the choice do you want to do business with someone that does business with you by your gender?

Jimmy is very skilled with scissors. He is prompt efficient and courteous. He doesn't talk much, which I like. He knows his business well, and never been dissatisfied with the cut. Reasonably priced.

I showed up at opening time and they took three walking ahead of me. These people clearly did not have an oppontment. Its hard to shop local in Oakhurst with poor service like this.

Our stylist was very professional and did a great job. However, one stylist decided it was time for a rave and turned the music volume way up and then decided it was story time and had to yell to be heard. Seriously, ever here of ear buds? So unprofessional.

I've been looking for a decent place to get my hair cut as two places in Fresno closed. I remember seeing this place before and decided to give it a try. Once again I was disappointed with the final result. She left the back too long and around the ears were cut uneven. Since I've tried so many places and can't get a decent cut, maybe I just shave it off and go bald!

Terrible customer service. The sign said open and it was during their business hours and I was told by the lady that they were closing because the owner said to. I went to the grocery store and when I came back to my vehicle the door was wide open, there were people in there, and the sign said open. The lady said that people showed up so they stayed open. She was incredibly rude when approached and was cold the entire interaction. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I came in just to get a simple fade and the old women decided to have a skin fade all the way to the top of my head. Seems like the woman doesn’t know how to cut hair…DO NOT COME HERE TO CUT HAIR.Service: Haircut

They provide decent haircuts and I like the friendly staff. Haircuts are getting a little pricey but I suppose everything is nowadays.
