Worst feed store on the planet! Multiple times I place an order for pickup and TSC charges me. And then I find out an item is out of stack and it takes weeks to either get e refund or get the product. Do yourself a big favor and order from chewy.com

I went into Oakhurst store to inquire about Pellet Stove fuel. After a few minutes speaking with the staff, I purchased two pallets of fuel. Delivery was setup for next morning. Isaac unloaded two tones of pellet fuel to my storage area. Best staff and super prices, and we all live in the foothills. New favorite store.

Todd is a stellar employee with unparalleled customer service. I asked him to explain it to me like I was a child. He opens the box, carefully removes contents, very simple assembly required. We sit on 2 paint buckets and he reads the entire owners manual and walks me through step by step. Answers ALL of my questions and gave logical feedback. For 45 minutes… he was incredibly genuine and kind. Give that man a raise and employee of the year. He is a rare gem!!!

I went in there with brackets for a fence and pictures on my phone. After explaining to Becca what it was I was trying to do she took over and found all the bolts, nuts, washers, AND a drill bit for me. She is very knowledgeable as well as patient and helpful. Awesome customer service!
