Staff was very friendly. I went in for a smog and was out within 30 minutes. It was pretty hot that day but luckily they have outdoor seating and fans!

I went in to have a spare key made and they charged me $225 dollars and I'm still left with one key back to square. They took my old key and gave me a new key, then they said they trashed the old key. Now I'm left with one key and minus $225. What a bunch of idiots. As far as I'm concerned I feel I have been scammed big time. Id give them zero stars if I didnt have to give them one.

Rude and condescending. Don't take your older vehicles for smog:I asked "what is the problem?"."Excessive hydrocarbons at idle""Oh, so the mix is rich""If you say so""How would you address the problem?""I don't address anything. I have guys in the shop do that""Can you give me an estimate for repairs?""I'm booked two weeks out"So my re-test is free?"No. Half price, and then we start all over again. That'll be $92.75.

It's truly disheartening to witness how they treated a customer who was on vacation and unexpectedly required assistance. The exorbitant charge of $1100 for an alternator replacement is a clear case of taking advantage. In contrast, the standard cost for this service in the entire United States is merely around $500, encompassing both a two-hour labor fee and a reasonable part cost of about $265 (considering a high-quality option like Denso). This incident reflects a regrettable exploitation of a customer in need, tarnishing what should have been a positive vacation experience.

First come first serve, waited an hour for my smog, the guy handed me my paperwork back and said we can't do your smog. No explanation just walked right off. Would not ever recommend this place.
