23rd Billiards is a great place with new and excellent carom tables and more. It is the best pool hall in the bay, with clean and best professional tables for beginner and more advanced players. The staff and owner are nice, friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is relaxed. It is super affordable, with a few hours of pool being very cheap, and there is a good selection of cheap food and drink, including snacks and drinks that always come in clutch. The tables are clean and well maintained, the balls rolled true, and there is plenty of room to play without feeling rushed. It is open late daily and very accommodating. Whether playing casually with friends or more serious about pool, it is a solid spot.

I really enjoy playing here, especially when hanging out with friends. The staff is nice and super friendly, which makes the vibe even better. If you go, I definitely recommend the pool table at the front with the green cushions, it has smaller pockets, which is fun, challenging.(table #1)
