Love this tough 30 minute workout! The trainers are awesome and so inspiring. The gym is immaculate and friendly. I was so bored with my workout, not anymore!

Love this fabulous gym in Jack London! The perfect 30 min workout for strengthening, cardio, abs and self-defense. I feel stronger after every session. It's a bit addicting. Stephanie and her trainers are wonderful. Gym is clean, and parking easy. Do their free trial. So worth it!!
