Will upcharge you if you pay with EBT. A $10 frozen pizza came out to be $17. I ended up walking out with nothing because I've been buying pizzas at 7-Eleven for years and this was a first.

Listed as 24 hours, closed when I arrived at 2am. They either need to fix their listing, or be open 24 hours.

This place is super shady and puts bogus charges on credit cards. We bought a chocolate bar and a pint of milk and ended up getting charged $48.74. Other reviewers have said similar things… do not come here!

Two of the items I bought were expired! Both the soda and the potato chips. No wonder the chips tasted old and as if I drank a lard. Health hazard store plus the Arab clerks needed replacing coz they don't know how to change their expired goods. Not sounding racist but these people were bad business men

As of 11/25/2022 They close at 10 pm every day........I'm giving them a two star because I really like 7-Eleven. However, the only reason I'm giving this location a two star is because I've done delivery and twice this week they've been closed at 10 pm. I went day hours and asked. They close at 10 pm every day of the week. 10 10 10 okay so if you need 7- Eleven after 10 pm it's not this store. I was in Alameda and got a pick up from this location. I didn't even go because I know they're closed. Waste of time gas moneyThe one on Lincoln Ave is open and 5th Ave and international is open 24/7

This is where I buy my occasional lottery ticket. But it is also a convenience store where food and gasoline are sold.

Refused to honor the free slurpee reward on my app because it wasn't exactly 7/11. This year's policy is redemption is allowed anytime within the 11 days leading up to 7/11. It doesn't have to be 7/11 exactly super shady business.

Not open. Im not sure if it's a 7-11 issue or something google needs to update-but I tried to adjust the time (in Google) to what the actual and accurate hours of operation are at this specific location. Whether it's effective, we shall see.

The kid there accused me of being racist 'cause his dad tried stealing a lottery ticket from me by giving me a ticket that was already cashed and said it was a non winner. I had just scanned it myself. Unbelievable.

The young man they have working the cashier doesn’t seem to be friendly at all and they seem somewhat confrontational. I purchased a variety of lotto scratchers and wasn’t keeping count myself and I also purchased a bunch of quick picks. The total on the screen showed the total was $100 but he asked for $120. So I just asked why was it different and he rudely said count it yourself and pushed the tickets towards me. I said “no that’s okay, I was just curious because the amount on the screen didn’t match what you asked for”. I didn’t like the way he spoke to me, even though he was being rude I stayed calm and just reasoned with him. Which he proceeded to say that the scratchers and the lotto ticket had to be paid separately. Which I’ve never had to do that before when I’ve bought lotto tickets in the past, maybe it’s a new policy. Regardless if it’s a new policy he needs to learn how to interact and talk to people if he plans to work with people. Open and friendly communication is not rocket science. I’m surprised he doesn’t know how to communicate like an adult instead of allowing his emotions to control him like a five year old child. Honestly after reading some of the reviews I wasn’t surprised to find out that this seems to be a regular thing at this store. That’s unfortunate since it’s in such a nice location. I’m sure they could make better profits if they hired people who knows how to interact with the public. It’s unfortunate because I live across the street from the store but I’ll be getting my gas from the gas station down the street from now on.

WARNING! BEWARE OF THE OWNER AND ASSOCIATES SKIM CARDS!!! CASHIER STOLE $900!!! The first time I used this card was at this 7/11 then 2 days later (Yesterday) a cash withdrawal was made at the bank up the street. IF YOU SHOP HERE use cash and make sure you know exactly what they are charging and if there is an issue don’t talk to the owner because he is related to the associate that skimmed my card and is in on it. Please be safe.IGNORE ALL REPLIES FROM THE OWNER BECAUSE HE DOES NOT CARE AND ALL HE WILL DO IS HAVE YOU CALL CORPORATE JUST FOR THEM TO DO NOTHING AS WELL. HE IS A CON ARTIST AND WILL HARASS YOU IF YOU TRY TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST HIM AS HE HAS DONE TO ME.

it’s an average American 7-11 in terms of selection and inventory availability. the employees on site tonight told me to hurry up with my purchase because they were closing at 10pm, as it was 9:58pm, and did not provide a reason why the hours were different from how they’re listed online (i.e. 24 hours, every day). there’s no hours of operation sign posted in front of the business.
