Other than serving and guiding customer Staff will do everything. Flirting showing attitude. Staff things they are the owner of the outlet. Worst customer service ever.
I would prefer to go to hell but not in this store.

The treatment of customers and people here is near inhuman. To customers - no care or respect, and it's like an assembly line.
Cashier was braindead - He was flirting with a girl while I waited to checkout. Until she realized I was waiting, and said to the cashier 'How would you feel if you were him?'.
As she had much better sense than him. He didn't care and was rude and abrupt the entire time.
Then, a black homeless person tried to steal an ice cream bar. The cashiers locked the door until he'd give it back.
Everyone was stuck in there for about 10 minutes.
5 people were stuck in tht 7-11 for 10 minutes over an ice cream bar, forced to watch the confrontation while the homeless person was mad. Then he left.
I went outside and offered to buy this homeless person an ice cream bar.
Homeless guy said he was good. He said he was just angry since the cashiers here often call the black homeless people the N word.
Overall, workers are unbelievably gross people.
Like if you combined the worst parts of society, and asked them to run a 7-11.

Do not get gas here. The customer service is non existent. I tried to report a pump malfunctioning to Sandeep And Sagar(cashiers) and they straight said there was nothing they could do about the situation…didn’t even try to investigate the issue. When I asked for the manager Sagar told me he couldn’t give me the information and when I asked why not he put his head down and looked at his phone as if I didn’t even ask the question. Do better.

The people in this place treat customers or delivery people badly, rather they throw things away. I don't know why unfriendly people work there. The owner should look at that, because many of his workers are bad, that's why. I will not go to this place again because they discriminate against you.?

THIS STORE IS A PORTAL TO HELL.My car window was smashed and my purse was stolen at this store. Parking lot full of people, and the store offered ZERO HELP TO ME, and gave the cops attitude about seeing the video footage. I will never go to this store again, and advise everyone else to stay far away. There are always people on drugs in the parking lot, aggressive panhandlers, and an overall unsafe environment for people. BEWARE.

I'm confused by the store hours policy at this location. I was halfway through the entrance of the store, at 8:31 p.m., more or less, when the clerk behind the counter informed me the store was "closed"...even while he was ringing up a different "customers" purchases. And the clerk wasn't especially...diplomatic in the manner in which he ordered me out of the store. [I attempted to advise him I only wanted to use the ATM...didn't make much of an impression.]This location - might want to change hours of operation as its presently advertised. Because it is not open 24/7.

The salesman is lousy and arrogant just because of the appearance, he thougth he wouldn't pay him for a cappucino I asked for a hot dog, he didn"t wan to sell it to me I don't advise visiting the store

I had been here to buy lottery many times. I had a few times was rejected because they said the machine did not work. September 8, 2023 I gave 3 different lottery slips on their counter, the short guy employee talked to me did not know what they were. I told him I needed to buy lottery,and pointed it to their lottery machine. He looked like did want to do it. He put the 3 lottery slips into the lottery scanner, and he put the lottery tickets on the counter, then asked me to pay for such amount. I checked he double scanned the Super Lotto slip, and asked him to cancel or void it. He refused. I asked him to talk to his manager, he said he was the manager. Finally another employee came, the employee cancelled the double ticket. Before I left, I just told him I won't go to this 7-11 again!To owner, do not waste my time, you did not hire the good employees. I still miss the same location, during 1900s to 2000 Mrs and Mr Habibi, the former Shell gas station owners, they provided me good services!
