At site, a loud alarm went off unprovoked 4 times in the span of 10 minutes. Highly unpleasant place to visit.
I received a personal voicemail from A-1. I called back and left my number on voicemail. I haven't heard anything from them in 2 weeks.
Everytime I think this thing is resolved, it goes off again, and again, and again.

The location is clean and secure, I remember having problems with 1 of the employees at the location, I had to replace the key, which was fine, but she was so extra, regarding the same issue.

I’ve never rented a storage unit before and unexpectedly had to move out of our large home. I called A-1 and spoke to Nae who was super helpful in explaining my options. On move day, I arrived ahead of the movers to make sure everything was a go ( I don’t know why I was nervous lol) and she explained the process in great detail and put me at ease. The facility was very clean and the unit was perfect. I recommend…10/10!
