No indoor dining room, but one of the best outdoor dining spaces I've ever experienced.Parking: Small parking lot in back, but there's usually at least one street spot out front that works better. No guarantees, but it's not usually THAT hard to find somewhere to stash a car.

The Bulgogi Burger and Fish Burger are standouts here. The first time I had their chicken tenders they were hand breaded in house and I loved them. Last night they were the same mass produced frozen tenders you’d get anywhere and I was very disappointed. The food fulfillment is chaotic and our order last night was left sitting/getting cold while we were left waiting. Dining area via parklette, nothing indoors. Overall I find some of the food excellent and worth returning to the chaos for when I’m in the area and craving a burger.

I actually think the food is ok. But after last night I’m very disappointed with the customer service. Was a lot going on and I may have been distracted. I’ll take the blame cuz I’m not into arguing. I informed the manager that I didn’t mean to order A+ burger. For one I don’t eat cheese and it was drizzled with cheese. I said I still want a burger is there something we can work out. She said no. Try it you’ll like it. I’m a grown man. I don’t want double patties with cheese and fried eggplant and the other stuff. She said nothing we can do. Then told another employee to explain. I’m not stupid. I understood clearly. She was very condescending. For $50 you can work with a loyal customer. She would not have treated other customers the way she treated my Beautiful Brown self. If she would how is she still in business. Still never got my burger. I’m soooo mad I’ll stop here. Customer service horrible. My measly $50 I spend may be nothing to them. But it’s my money. I deserve some respect. Shameful. She’s a Hunter

Perhaps the best local burger in the Bay area. Ingredients taste fresh and the options are flexible. Don't miss out on the interesting alternatives like the fish burger and the green bean fries. Try to eat there so that everything is right off the grill or fryer. Textures change if you wait too long.

There is no indoor seating, only a covered patio area. I had a salmon burger, and my husband had the Korean BBQ burger; both tasted delicious. The food was fantastic, but I wish there was some indoor seating.

Love this place for a quick stop to pick up food for takeaway, the food is adequate (my kid loves it), check out the BBQ chicken sandwich, delish. Service is great, people working there are helpful and move fast. The vibe inside is chill too.

Hands down, the absolute best burger I've had in the Bay area in the past 8 years.I've ordered twice for pick up and each order was neatly and conveniently packaged. The employees took careful consideration that a pick-up order would most likely mean the meal would be in transit before its consumption. Even though the aroma of the hot burger on fresh buns sitting next to fries made not diving right into the meal a difficult task.To add to the wonderful sensory experience, the cost of the meal didn't break me.Classic American dish in my opinion.

The burger with the eggplant is not my style! I was hesitant to even try it. The waitress talked me into trying it and then when I didn’t like it she didn’t want to switch it out for a different burger. Stating I ate it already? There was two bites out the sandwich! I really hate to have to take money from the business by disputing it instead of them just simply making one without the eggplant. Ppl like that make it so hard to support smh!! Won’t be back! Just another money hungry business in the neighborhood

Definitely a go to classy burger joint. Clean and relaxed atmosphere good flowers on and around a chill outdoor patio. WiFi password is posted and obvious to read which is a bonus. Ordered the A+burger and was incredibly satisfied. The burger was around $10 (pre-covid) however it was super large and definitely worth the money. When I say large it actually was incredible, the width of my entire face with a huge patty, not to mention it comes included with bacon cheese onions tomatoes and two types of sauce. There is cheaper stuff on the menu, my friend's cheese burger also seemed sufficient for half the price. Wish I would have tried the Korean themed menu items but it only gives me a great reason to come back.

I've been here twice in the last 3 months. I've gotten the same burger twice because it is that good! I get the crispy onion bbq burger. It's such a good combination of flavors. I'm drooling thinking about this burger!! Do yourself a favor and try the food here. I also had the green bean fries, chili cheese fries, and the onion rings. All were very delicious. If you order the chili fries to go, they put the chili in another container, I thought that was very thoughtful of them. The staff are nice and friendly. They have some seating options but it fills up quickly. Another thing, they do not take cash.
