Earnest and friendly! Plus all of the posters of women in bikinis that you would expect in an auto shop. My husband took my car in for me because I was at work, he spoke highly of the ambiance.They fixed my old X5 in time for a road trip with a short term solution and gave a reasonable quote for a long term fix. Any suspension issues in the Bay Area, this is the shop.

Installed additional suspension leaf on an F150 2016. The truck has great balance and Carrie’s the extra weight. This is the place to go to as others have suggested for springs, struts and leaves. Thank you all at A1.
