Instructor (Karlos) was not professional. He talks really fast and he does not watch us while performing chest compressions on the dummy. He never mentioned if we were doing it right or wrong. In addition, he has a bad attitude when talking to the class. He uses unfair accusations that may cause failure in receiving your certification. I do not recommend him or this company to anyone. Please go somewhere else so you can learn something.

I purchased the AHA ACLS on line course as I am required to renew my ACLS card. They now have a new system which is a internet based game of sorts where one has to conduct a mock code. The system is full of bugs and a huge waste of time. Even following ACLS and BLS algorithms perfectly, the computer will mark as failed. After attempting one algorithm ten times and each time it refused to acknowledge that I had shocked the patient AT ALL, I gave up and contacted the company. When I complained to the company they pulled the old trick where they advise you to do something that has nothing to do with the complaint. They DIDN'T EVEN READ MY COMPLAINT to see what the trouble I was having. Then they said "there are no mainstream technical issues at this time with our programs. THAT'S BECAUSE YOU REFUSE TO ADMIT THERE ARE PROBLEMS when someone does complain.
