I was also robbed at this gas station. My doors were locked but the passenger side window was smashed and they grabbed my bag/purse from the passenger seat. DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION. The police will not respond and I wonder if the gas station is cahoots with the attendants. Society is just falling apart.

In a blink of an eye my friend’s backpack with lots of valuable stuff was stolen from the front seat while we were fueling the car. Will never visit this place again. The neighborhood is dangerous.

This is a great place TO GET ROBBED!!!! When you pump your gas you best lock your car-there are thieves just waiting for you to turn your back and take whatever they can out of your car. This happened to me-I went in to the station and they would NOT even call the Police!!! I think they are getting kickbacks from the thieves. Two other customers told me that this happens there nightly.This is NOT A SAFE PLACE!!!!!!!!!

Not a safe place to pump gas. Purse was stolen when I was getting out of my car. Not worth the stress.

On 10/15/2023, In broad daylight at the Arco Gas station near Oakland Airport (566 Hegerberger Road, Oakland, CA) a distressing incident unfolded at roughly about 3:42 PM. As I was filling up gas for the car rental (white Chevy Traverse, before returning it at Oakland airport, a black Honda comes around to the passenger side, someone comes out and steal my brown backpack and brown duffle back without me noticing as I was on the other side filling up gas. This audacious robbery in a well-frequented area left me feeling utterly vulnerable, my personal belongings forcibly taken. The windows were locked all the way up, but the door was unlocked. This guy just opened the door, stole my stuff, and drove away. Someone else was driving the car, hence, there were two of them scumbags. They stole my wedding ring which was in the backpack and my kids passports. I've attached footage from the cameras at near by Burger King. I'm still trying to secure the footage from the Arco Cameras. Please let me know if you locate my belongings. They might just dumped them in the side of the road. Brown backpack : -Laptop -3 kids passports -Shower kit brown leather -UCLA blue long sleeve with gold "B" on it for Bruins -two hats. Green cameo quick silver hat and black/grey hat with Lake Tahoe on front of the hat. -Ray Ben sunglasses inside black cover -chargers for phone -portable charger -bright blue adidas watch

Unfortunately someone tried to break into my car while I was in it waiting for a pump here! Thankfully my car doors automatically locked themselves. Lock your doors as you are filling up!
