I have no words for the kindness showed to me by the workers at this ATT store. My iPhone 12 broke, and I was using an old iPhone 8, but my sim card was not working in it, I suspect due to water damage. I managed to navigate to the store from my house with no data, because the map had preloaded it. I arrived 10 minutes before closing, and they had already locked their doors. I knocked and a woman named Elena told me they were closed. I walked away, but as I did, I realized I had no way of getting directions home, or to an ATT store that was open. I went back to knock on the door, and a gentleman named Michael opened the door. I explained to him my situation, and thank goodness he offered me to come inside. I had only hoped to get an internet connection so that I could download the map to get home or to another ATT store. Instead, he had Elena help me get a new SIM card. Partial way through her helping me, I told her, “I don’t expect you guys to help me with this, because I know I’ve already inconvenienced you enough, and you are staying past closing to help me, but I actually came to this store to upgrade to a new iPhone.” Elena immediately said, “Of course we can help you with that.” I couldn’t believe it. Michael came out, and so did another woman named Vivian. They got me on the correct payment plan to upgrade to the iPhone 15. I picked out a phone case and screen protector while I was there, to prevent any accidents. They informed me that I could pick out an accessory of my choice for free. I picked out the $24 ATT wired headphones. They helped me through every step of the way, with bright smiles on their faces, and amazing energy. I would have potentially had to wait another day with no service, but thanks to them, I went home with a fully functioning iPhone 15. I’m so grateful to them, and I highly recommend coming to this ATT store. Elena, Michael, and Vivian are top notch, and I can’t praise them enough.

I've been trying to get a hold of this store and no one is answering the phone. I've called about 8 times on two different days during their open hours (some right when they opened even) and no one comes to the phone and there's no voicemail service. Is this store still open?

The person working was so kind and helpful! She helped me transfer my service to a new phone after my old one stopped working. One of the best att/phone store experiences I've had.

I walked in and proceeded to state my issues and the agent immediately solved the. She knows my phone well. She had me out of the office in a few minutes. Great service.

The first time I came to America three years ago, the store staff sold me a phone which was the only carrier locked to att mobile. It was a very horrible experience for me.

I came into the shop to get assistance with transferring my number into a new phone. Brian was very helpful and welcome as soon as i stepped into the store. He got me out of there within minutes and ensured i walked away with my phone fully setup.

Will and the other employees here are very help and nice. My parents doesn't really speak English but he was very patient with them. He helped them with everything from start to finish. My dad had a lot of questions about the phones and he answered all his questions with a smile on his face. It's very rare to find employees that are willing to help you without giving you an attitude because you have so many questions being an elder that knows nothing about technology.

Will was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with an already stressful situation (stolen phone). He was knowledgeable and resourceful as I am new to the area. I appreciated his diligence in making sure I was able to access the account etc. He was also down to earth which is a great plus. Thanks Will!

I had a really great experience at this store. Specifically with Will. I had previously set up an account over the phone and was waiting on a SIM card for use at an event. When I received word the SIM card would be delayed I went into this store to see if there was any other way to get a SIM for my device. Will was super friendly and helpful and had me set up in minutes. I was really amazed at how easy it was!
