Lela the Manager for the store had exceptional customer service. Her phone etiquette was more than enough. She works efficiently and holds the store to the highest expectation. Phenomenal to have shopped here for my car needs.

So I went in this morning to exchange something I had bought and right upon entry The staff didn’t look happy to have someone walk in so as I’m asking for an exchange, the guy that was helping me at first needed help from this lady named Margaret because he didn’t know how to do the exchange and she seemed to bothered that she had to help him. and as a hispanic person, I tend to speak Spanish and English at the same time so it bothered the guy that he went on to say we don’t speak Spanish and I said oh ok I thought she spoke Spanish because she clearly looks Spanic Latina, etc. So I thought she was Mexican and he says we’re not Mexican and she’s like yes it’s a blessing that she wasn’t Mexican. It was so unnecessary and racist comments why AutoZone why hire someone that would encounter Mexicans Latinos, etc. and not be respectful about it super racist super unprofessional you guys do not deserve “Mexicans” shopping there if we will not be treated with respect and dignity! That comment of “a blessing” to no be comment is so disrespectful and insulting! Margarett is not a fit for this job. Hire people who is accepting of every nationality unconditionally.

Despite the store being pretty busy I was in and out fast. Leila was great on making sure I got everything I needed and gave me clear explanations. I'm going to have to make it a point to stop in to this location any time I need parts.

There is a woman working there who was very nice and helpful. I was just there to change my wiper blades. Still, she left an impression on me. I've saved this location so I make sure to come back.

One of the managers Shaheed S. Was extremely helpful, this gentleman assisted me and made me feel cared for. Excellent customer service skills and a very sincere personality. This is the first time I've ever been to this store, as I'm not from the area however do frequent Oakland quite often. I ran into a mechanical problem on the way into work. However, left all my diagnostics tools and hand tools at home. Operation of the store is very smooth, I'm sure it is to this gentleman being one of the folks in charge. Great customer service!!!
