I was there last night to buy many things for our workshop, but when I entered the store I was like wait a minute is this AutoZone or dancing Bar , the music was as laud as I could not hear what they say, all I say is that there shouldn’t be that much laud music in the business store it’s annoying…

The music at your Oakland store is way too loud. It makes it hard to talk or shop comfortably. Please lower the volume so customers can have a better experience.

Dear AutoZone Management,
I am writing to express my concern about the extremely loud music at your Oakland location. When visiting your store, it feels more like entering a nightclub than an auto parts store. Customers, including myself, come to AutoZone to quickly find the parts and services they need, but the music is so loud that it is difficult to hear each other or even speak to your employees.
I respectfully ask that you lower the volume significantly or turn the music off entirely. It would make the shopping experience much more pleasant and professional for everyone.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see a positive change soon

Today was a down pour and my windshield wiper blades completely fell off! Thank the sky above for Ezekiel, who replaced my blades in the pouring rain! I will definitely continue doing business at this store. The whole staff was very nice, even the young man Fabian. Thank you all!

I came in the store and first thing I heard was a warm welcoming from the employees. The employee that helped me was very helpful and helped me find what I needed. Took some stress off my shoulders. Overall best customer service so far.

My husband went it there with my fussy 2 year old son to get a refund on a brand new item with a receipt and the store manager a Hispanic lady around 35 yrs old lady was beyond disrespectful and didn’t want to approve the refund. We we’re respectful and just needed to get our money and go. She was mad because he didn’t want to make small talk with her and she immediately caught an attitude and even started yelling at her employee to go do something. It’s unbelievable that she thinks it’s okay to flirt with a customer!!!

The Hispanic female store manager has a nasty unprofessional attitude. She was mad because she was trying to flirt with my husband and he was not interested in her small talk so she took like 30 minutes to give him a refund on a brand new item with the receipt. Mind you he has my 2 year old boy with him that was getting fussy and she mad it very difficult for him to just get his refund and go!!! She should be fired for being so rude and unprofessional. She should try doing her job instead of being rude to customers and the employees
