The worst bank I have ever been/ seen in my entire life, everything is so complicated, terrible costumer service, the app are so slow and for every transaction or deposit you have to schedule a meeting with the bank so they can unlock the option, and all of the sudden they decide to close my bank account without any notice or explanation, (I was never in overdraft and there always money in the account), they holding my money in the account without anything I can do, they're saying the account in process of closing, once it will be closed they will send me a check with the funds in the account, ( it could me between a two weeks- month) that I can't use my own money, "from they're side, we don't own you any explanation we can just do that) shame!

Our nanny was cheated out of $100 of her hard earned money here yesterday. There is a teller who is cheating people. Another woman waiting for a different teller said the man had done the same to her. Don't go here.

I stood in line for 15 minutes to get some money. Eventually, Miguel came over and asked if anyone needed money only. I raised my hand. He took me over to the in house ATM machine and showed me how to get what I needed. I told him I wish he was there when I first got to the bank, but certainly did appreciate his help. Thanks Miguel

Really understaffed, not hugely helpful. ATM is easily accessed. Parking lot is metered, even for customers

Sorry I honestly hate giving bad reviews and don't do them often but please don't even waste your time and gas and patience on this location. They're always closed for some random reason and even when they're open they close randomly too. For reference on how sh*t this place is: it's 3 minute walk from my house but I would rather drive 15 minutes to Piedmont lol, at least there I'm guaranteed service . They need new management, I feel bad for the employees!!!

Another usual Bank of america, known for slow lines, useless greeters, limited open counters, and in general bad service. Didn't expect much coming in. Not the worst branch I have been to in the area, there's definitely worse one nearby (fruitvale one is the worst if you want to experience it). But strange thing happened everytime i was there, which was only twice. First time, a lady in line was doing the pee dance. Thought she was just impatience initially. After about a ten minutes wait, she asked the folks ahead of her to let her go first because she had a baby in car. All the patrons were in shocked and let her through. Bank staff did nothing. Then Husband went in another day, typical long line out the door. When the greeter came up to ask if he could assist with the same customers in line for the forth time. A black lady said, if you could go to the back and open up a new counter, that would be a great help and we would all clap. Everyone in line looked in agreement. To my surprise, instead of apologizing and make up some bs reasons, the older white male looked at the lady in the eyes and said 'why do you think I am standing out here and not behind the counter'. The lady got intimated and said 'yes I know you have paid you dues' I would have said 'because you are incompetent'.

My dad has been going to this branch for years. I have also been a customer since 2085. Too bad customer service has gone down hill. My father is 93 and had to move. He previously added me to his accounts (via his attorney) and also gave me Power of attorney. I have spent hour upon hour trying to get his contact information updated. No one can help, so instead his statements/credit cards will be mailed to the wrong address where there is a higher risk of fraud. This is all due to "system limitations." The other poor reviews confirm that my terrible experience is not unusual.

I could not find it. It's not visible from the address posted, hardly any parking. The homeless are camped out in in front of the atm because of the overhead shelter.

This place is sorely under staffed. The staff that is there, 2 tellers and one guy at a desk, are doing the best they can under the circumstances, hence the second star, but I called repeatedly and got no answer, went in and asked my question, and had the longest wait I've ever had in a bank for a non-teller situation. There were 9 or more people in line for tellers the whole time I was there. Looks like B of A is closing branches and reducing staff for their own cost savings. None of this supports customers or staff.

Today is Saturday, 3/26/22. They have a sign posted that as of 4/4/22 they will no longer be open on Saturdays. They are not open. I just assumed a physical sign at a brick and mortar would be the most reliable source. That was not the case today.

Service is always good here, but if I need to see a teller for even one quick 3 minute transaction, I end up waiting in line for 30 minutes. The staff will always approach me and try to divert me to an ATM, but shrug when I tell them I need a teller. Why are there 5-6 staff at any given time but only ever 1-2 tellers???
